According to a recent Google article, Google has seen a median 70% increase in the number of users engaging with Lighthouse & PageSpeed Insights.

That shows webmaster/site owners are now getting serious with their websites’ overall mobile performance.

Actually everyone should be.

Google has aggressively been motivating (forcing) webmasters to make their websites mobile-friendly with algorithm updates like Mobilegeddon (2015) or Mobile-first indexing (2018). And last year, they announced to include Page Experience as a ranking factor in 2021.

Google had recently added a document to check how usable is your website. But they have removed it now. You can check the web archive copy here.
