Google My Business Updated Directions Heatmap

Business owners will be happy to know that with this change, they can now track the heatmap of locations from where users request for directions to their business. Business owners can track these locations at various zoom levels (post code, city, country).
For some post codes, direction requests may appear as blank because of user privacy consideration but those direction requests are included in the city level.
To access this direction heatmap information, business owners need to login to their Google My Business account and then visit the “Insights Tab”.
