Today, Google has announced that it has added new options in Google Search Console to provide users better control over Search Console user level preferences.

These options are:

  1. Email Preferences and
  2. Search Console in Search Results

Webmasters can find these options under Google Search Console User settings.

Email Preferences

In Email Preferences page, webmasters can manage which types of emails Search Console should send to them. Webmasters can also enable or disable emails of specific types, or disable all email messages.

The settings set here by webmasters are applied to all of their properties.

Search Console in Search Results

In Search Console in Search Results page, webmasters can choose whether to show performance data for their properties directly in search results or not.
