Yesterday, Google My Business community manager Allyson has notified<\/a> that some changes have been done to the directions heatmap and these changes are rolling out this week.<\/p>\n

Business owners will be happy to know that with this change, they can now track the heatmap of locations<\/strong> from where users request for directions to their business. Business owners can track these locations at various zoom levels (post code, city, country).<\/p>\n

For some post codes, direction requests may appear as blank because of user privacy consideration<\/strong> but those direction requests are included in the city level.<\/p>\n

To access this direction heatmap information, business owners need to login to their Google My Business<\/strong> account and then visit the \u201cInsights Tab<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n
