And most importantly, this business description will be available under \u201c<strong>From The Business<\/strong>\u201d part in the knowledge panel. This is a new feature by Google.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>1st August 2016<\/strong>, Google informed everyone that the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/business\/answer\/6262887#aug16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">introduction \/ description field is no longer editable<\/a> in Google My Business but, still editable in Google+.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.suvaance.com\/microblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Google-Removes-Desc-Field-Edit-Option.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-387\" src=\"http:\/\/www.suvaance.com\/microblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Google-Removes-Desc-Field-Edit-Option.png\" alt=\"Google Removes Desc Field Edit Option\" width=\"650\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.suvaance.com\/microblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Google-Removes-Desc-Field-Edit-Option.png 650w, https:\/\/www.suvaance.com\/microblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Google-Removes-Desc-Field-Edit-Option-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/www.suvaance.com\/microblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Google-Removes-Desc-Field-Edit-Option-640x143.png 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And around after one and half years, Google is bringing this feature back. In that Info section, business owners may see the pencil icon or edit icon at the right side of business description where they can edit it.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone not able to see these changes inside Google My Business, don\u2019t worry.
