Google has recently updated its Business Profile posts content policy page<\/a> and added a new section \u201cHotel Posts<\/strong>\u201d under it. In this section, Google<\/strong> has informed hotel businesses about what they can and can\u2019t do with Google Posts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Now, hotel businesses can publish helpful local posts to provide relevant, timely information to their customers. These posts should include data regarding what\u2019s new, Covid-19 protocols, updates to amenities and renovations, and events that take place on the property.<\/p>\n

But Google has also made it clear that hotel businesses can\u2019t post offer or product or discount posts. The search engine giant has placed this restriction to make sure that customers don\u2019t get confused about where to navigate on the hotel placesheet to find organic and ad prices from partners.<\/p>\n

So, it\u2019s now a great opportunity for hotel businesses to stay connected with their customers and make the most out of it.<\/p>\n
